What’s good, here’s a little bit about me!

This may be wild to say given the point of this site—but I’m not a fitness professional. I’m just passionate about fitness and looking to share what I’ve learned with anyone looking for real, relatable advice, good vibes and some motivation to keep it going!

A little about me:

  • Dual Collegiate Athlete – I competed in two sports in college (because who wants to just focus on school and have an easy life, right?). Being a student-athlete for most of my life has taught me the importance of having a consistent, sustainable routine—both in fitness and in life.

  • Fitness Journey (Lost 20+ lbs) – Though I’ve always been active, a freak accident at the end of college threw me off track. I gained weight, lost my routine, and struggled to bounce back—until the pandemic hit (shoutout to COVID). I used that time to refocus on my goals without obsessing over every detail. By staying consistent with home workouts and following a nutrition plan I created myself, I ended up losing over 20 pounds and finally felt like myself again.

  • Vibes - When I’m not working out or jotting down random thoughts / tips that might help someone out, you’ll probably find me outside getting some fresh air, spending time with friends, catching up with the fam and, of course, enjoying a well-poured drank every now and then…Life’s too short to be  strict and give everything up—you’ve gotta enjoy it!

I know how discouraging it can be to feel stuck or like giving up. That’s why I decided to create this site—to help empower you (especially busy folks) with practical fitness and health tips / strategies to help reach your goals, build sustainable habits, and feel great without sacrificing your lifestyle.
